Summary: This is a full-time position reporting to the Executive Assistant covering West Texas
Location: Midland/Odessa, TX
Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to managers requests and inquiries.
- Organizing schedules and making travel arrangements for employees
- Managing the maintenance of office equipment and company housing.
- Performs administrative and clerical tasks.
- Facilitates follow up calls and meetings for managers.
- Scribing notes during meetings both internally and with customers.
- Documents correspondence with employees
- Assists with tasks related to job completion.
- Assists with basic troubleshooting and documentation of reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Operations Administrator Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Customer service oriented
- Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
