Summary: This is a full-time position reporting to the Executive Assistant covering West Texas

Location: Midland/Odessa, TX

Operations Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and responding to managers requests and inquiries.
  • Organizing schedules and making travel arrangements for employees
  • Managing the maintenance of office equipment and company housing. 
  • Performs administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Facilitates follow up calls and meetings for managers.
  • Scribing notes during meetings both internally and with customers.
  • Documents correspondence with employees
  • Assists with tasks related to job completion.
  • Assists with basic troubleshooting and documentation of reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Operations Administrator Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
  • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
