Recruiting, Social Media and Marketing Manager Job

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and personable individual to manage K&R Operating’s  recruitment efforts, marketing strategy and social media presence. In this role, you will direct our recruiting initiatives as we seek new talent for our organization, create new social media campaigns, build brand recognition, and manage all published company content as well as manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, and assist with business development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct recruitment efforts
  • Work with human resources and operations departments to confirm hiring requirements
  • Develop effective recruitment methods to attract useful applicants
  • Directly interact with candidates and respond to initial queries
  • Conduct initial high-level candidate screenings
  • Refer qualified applicants to specific department for further interviews
  • Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns
  • Attend recruiting fairs as needed
  • Demonstrate a positive reflection of our brand and company
  • Adhere to fair employment laws and practices
  • Develop and implement and refine social media strategies, campaigns, and brand awareness
  • Ensure consistency of campaigns and branding efforts
  • Create and maintain new and existing social networks
  • Manage social media advertising budget
  • Create engaging written and visual content
  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs
  • Work with external agencies and vendors, as needed


  • Familiar with HR and fair employment practices
  • Exceptional work and time-management skills
  • Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to Consistently meet deadlines
  • Two years of social media management experience
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
  • Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Ability to travel as necessary

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment

Language Skills

  • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to maintain an acceptable driving record

Logistics and Physical Demands:

  • Required to drive distances and fly on occasion
  • Travel up to 50% of the time
  • Location: Flexible
