Travis Urbanovsky
President
Travis has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and carries on the family tradition as his father and grandfather before him. He is currently the President of K&R Operating LLC and resides in New Braunfels, TX with his family. He is the loving husband to his wife Mandell, proud father to his sons Ace, Ken and Ty, and daughter Layne. He is a native of Cuero, TX and his hobbies include hunting, fishing, sports, cooking, classic cars and volunteering with the nonprofit organizations he participates with. Travis served on the board of Sky High for Kids and volunteers with Patriots and Heroes Out Doors. He is a two time graduate of Texas Tech, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Economics, and a Masters of Business Administration.
David Schorlemer
Chief Financial Officer
David has over 30 years of experience in financial leadership of public and private companies. After starting his career in technology consulting at Accenture, he worked in energy services and industrial manufacturing businesses. He has participated in over 100 M&A transactions during his career and enjoys implementing technologies that help organizations manage acquisitive growth and optimize their businesses. He and his wife, Susannah, currently reside in Waco, Texas, after spending much of his career in Houston. A native of San Antonio, he enjoys coastal fishing, hunting, and has served in advisory capacities and board positions with private companies and non-profit organizations including the Coastal Conservation Association. David attended The University of Texas for his BBA in Finance and Texas A&M University for his MBA.
